Hello, I'd like to know how the Ranking System works on Ownedcore.

I've spent some time trying to find the rules on how this works,, but i couldnt find anything so far.
Can anyone explain or please tell me where i can find it ?
i would like to Rank up so that i can see Elite forums etc..
And is the only way to get there to pay a sub to the website? or is it also possible by sharing my knowledge about exploits etc?
