Item names cache.

I`m realy trying to understand all without any help, but im stuck with item cache, i cant match its names in cache with objects in object manager. If i am not wrong i found some memory area which looks like table with 0x1D9 rows size, and names are on 0x198 offset on each row. Now i cant find in this row anything to match that names with items(no guid or id). What im doind wrong? I think i didnt find cache correctly.(0xD701F8 and 0x4C)
