[Gold] How to sell without getting banned?

Hello Ownedcore community, I am new at this forum and I have already benefited from it greatly.
There is something I searched and could not find proper information though.
As per heading, how do you people sell AD through Auction House in Neverwinter?
As far as I found out, when people buy a cheap stuff from AH for a high price, their account is banned :S
Is there a safe way to do it?
