[Active] Frostbolt for all classes!

Instructions.

1 Go to the cracking plains in frostfire ridge.
2. Stand in the area where the guys in ice blocks are.
3. Get the debuff "oru'kais frost aura".
4. Enter bg, arena or use other port.



The debuff should now stay on you. The debuff part of it lowers your haste by 25% but you
also get an 80% proc chance on hit in combat of a "frosty bolt" which does 500 damage and reduces the speed
of the target by 30%. This make kiting ludicrously easy for ranged classes to a gamebreaking extent if used
intelligently.

Looks and sounds ****ing cool too.
