This item drops in vet dungeons and rewards an ilvl 100 pair of gloves of your choosing after turning in a quest in Thayd.
How to:
If you win the gauntlets, right click and accept the quest. You can then trade the gloves to the next player, who can also accept the quest and pass the gloves to the next person until everyone has a pair. Tested and worked on my character, try it out with your guild next time you run some vets. :)
