Basically its pretty much "working as intended" but you can use this for your advantage.
Simply equip the trinket Soul Capacitor, in order to get the extra DMG you need to find critters(there are almost always some nearby in the TW dungeons, atleast the cata ones), hit them with a few aoe spells to stack up the dmg, then unleash it to the bosses/packs, doing 100k+ hits in timewalking.
There are also alot of random mobs that take increased damage compared to the other normal trash packs, so this trinket works on those too.
Nothing gamebreaking, but it makes the dungeons less lame than what they already are.
