since the patch came out there are now new vendors for Honor & Conquest.
There are 2 vendors for honor gear.
Don't buy the blue gear! It's PvE ilvl is just 685. Instead buy the epic gear with PvE ilvl 700 from the other vendor nearby and also enjoy cooler transmog.
