2 factor Autenticator wont allow to contact or even logout if locked.

I've noticed that if your IP changes OC ask's for you key, but if you lost acess, it wont allow to Contact ( for support of course ) or even log out.
Perhaps it requires a 'whitelist' for specific things like this?
