Explain what happened:
So I bought a wod account from him a week ago, I paid him first, and after he said his pc isn't working, and he isn't home currently. So I decide to message him the next day asking if he is home yet, but he doesn't reply. I tell him that I am going to report him and he calls me the scammer, and after he told me he was just tired and took off, and he tells me he isn't a scammer so I didn't report him. A few days later he says he has problems currently. Then I ask if I could get a refund instead, but he has not replied to me since.
