Will legion recover wow economy?!

i heard that in legion they will remove garrison :D this makes me very happy. thats the only reason i quitted the game, it totally ruined game economy and my real life income from game that was half of the reason i ever played wow.

and what about botting? i like that as well any idea if gold farming will be a thing again when legion comes, or is there something else planned to make the economy lame?
