Hey guys. I am finally done with league. This account has all champs but tahm and kindred, with 5k IP so can almost buy another. Pretty much every rune you will need to get to a high elo. Plat season 3, Gold season 4, currently silver 1, BUT if offered more $ can get it to at least Plat V, maybe Diamond V before season end (highest I got was plat 1 on my old account in promos to diamond). There's simply too many skins to list, so I'll just list the 20k+ score ones from elophant:
