RU WoW Account, german IP WoW Shop

Hi,

I'm playing WoW on a RU Account with a german IP. When I want to add gametime I have to use a RU proxy (in browser). I tried to buy a token ingame, but it doesn't work. Do I have to use a RU proxy while playing to buy a token or is there an easier way?
