[model swap][request]Vanilla (1.12.1) NE cat form->worgen

Would really appreciate if someone made a NE cat form into a SFK worgen model w/ weapon in a 1.12 server, i've found a tauren cat-> worgen and a bear form->worgen but no luck with a NE cat form )=
