Explain what happened: I began providing Christian with my Unban Service, and after a few letters had been submitted, he decided he wanted to do a chargeback scam after he was scared of the results. As it is well known up front, there is no 100% way to guarantee an account back, as I am not an admin. All customers know this, but Christian began to act like a child. After demanding a refund, he didn't even speak to me, and decided to chargeback. He has not made any further contact with me since this point.
