[Mangos] Stats x 10?

I have changed it so Xp gain and money are x5 or x10 but i can't seem to find out how i change the stats on pre exsisting gear, anyone know?

I played on a private server once where if a mace that had 10 agility in blizzlike, it had 100 there. Every original item was like that. I doubt he changed every item one by one :P (hopefully o.O) ^^
